			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ivy Contractring has successfully corrected over 87 serious code violations for the owner of a mixed use commercial building with 19 SRO units in order to obtain the neccessary operating licenses. Ivy Contracting in conjunction with PCG Consulting not only corrected the violations in a timely manner we were able have a majority of the violations dismissed.</p>

<p>Ivy Contracting to start facade restoration on west loop Restaurant/Bar. Plans were finalized last week to open roughly 500 square feet of the facade to create an open atmosphere inside the establishment.</p>
